100 Italian Scholarships for Refugee Students. Italian Ministry of Interior affairs offers 100 scholarships at the University of Padova and other Italian universities for refugee students or students who obtained international protection in Italy to enroll in a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree for the academic year of 2022-23. The Conference of Italian university rectors offers these scholarships in cooperation with the Italian Association of Right to Study Organization (ANDISU), and the Italian ministry of interior affairs.

Who is eligible to apply?
Students with refugee status or subsidiary protection who:
Have enrolled for the first time at an Italian university in 2017/18 or 2021/2022 and have not yet obtained their degree and are entitled to get it in the academic year 2022/2023.
Obtained international protection by August 26, 2022, and enrolled in a bachelor, master, or PhD program *(without scholarship) at an Italian university for the first time.
