The Open Entryways: Russian Open Door Master and PhD Scholarship 2022-2023 Project offers you the opportunity to pick up early confirmation to a tuition-free program at one of Russia’s best universities. The Olympiad is being conducted by the Affiliation of Worldwide Colleges in association with the Russian Federation’s Service of Science and Higher Instruction and the Government Organization.
Application is open for the Russian Open Entryway Scholarship project for candidates around the world to seek their master’s degree at a leading college in Russia.
